We cannot guarantee the freshness or climate controlled storage of any product that is not directly ordered from us.

Products damaged during transit must be reported through the contact form on our site within 72 hours of delivery. We are not liable for any products that are damaged after that time period or for any orders that are not covered by Shipping Protection.

Furthermore, any issues with product being damaged, please check your order to ensure that you stayed opted into Shipping Protection. If you are covered by Shipping Protection, proceed to file a claim with Global Formulas. Make sure to take enough photos so that your claim is approved. Email your name and order number with the problem/mishap to:

APPAREL

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive a refund or exchange, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center. 

Global Formulas does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. If you are exchanging you are also responsible for the re-ship of the exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund. Please email operations@globalformulas.com for assistance.)

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via USPS.com. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

              Global Formulas Shipping Protection Most of our packages are shipped and delivered extremely fast! However, sometimes carriers have mishaps and can incorrectly scan packages, lose them, and even damages can occur. If something goes wrong, customers (that’s you!) can quickly and conveniently resolve their issue in just a few steps. Understanding Global Formulas Protection and Your Options for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders We offer Global Formulas Protection as an optional service to provide added peace of mind for your order. Here's what you need to know about Global Formulas Protection, how it works, and what your responsibilities are if you choose not to purchase it. What is Global Formulas Protection? Global Formulas Protection is shipping insurance that covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. By adding this optional service, you can ensure a hassle-free replacement process if any issues arise. Refunds will not be issued, only replacements. Covered Events: Lost packages Stolen orders Damage during transit How It Works: If your order is covered by Global Formulas Protection and an issue occurs, you can easily file a claim with Global Formulas for a quick resolution. What Happens if I Don’t Purchase Global Formulas Protection? Global Formulas Protection is not required, but if you choose not to purchase it, you will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) that handled your shipment. Carrier Claims Process: File the claim with the shipping carrier. Provide the necessary documentation and evidence to support your claim (e.g., tracking information, photos). Follow the carrier’s timeline for resolution. How to Add or Remove Global Formulas Protection Adding Global Formulas Protection: Global Formulas Protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout. Removing Global Formulas Protection: Uncheck the box next to Global Formulas Protection in your cart or at checkout. Note: Refreshing or updating your order will re-add Global Formulas Protection automatically. You can uncheck the box again to remove it. Important Notes Applies to Physical Items: Global Formulas Protection is only applicable to physical items in your cart. Customer Responsibility: If Global Formulas Protection is not purchased, Global Formulas cannot guarantee resolution for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Lost Items Policies What We Cover Packages presumed to be lost An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 7 days have passed since the last tracking status update for domestic shipments, and 20 days for international shipments, including Canada. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update. Elapsed estimated delivery date Global Formulas will consider a package “lost” if 72 hours have passed since the last estimated delivery date provided by the carrier, and no delivery or update to status has been made. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update. Only part of an order was delivered If a single order is shipped in multiple packages and any package(s) does not arrive, Global Formulas will consider the undelivered package(s) “lost.” A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update (“delivery date”). If a single order of multiple items is shipped in one package, but only part of the order arrived and there is no evidence of tampering, Global Formulas will not consider the package “lost.” What We Don’t Cover Invalid address, delivery barriers, or packages marked “return to sender” Global Formulas will not consider a package “lost” if a shipping carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address, an unexpected delivery barrier, or if the customer refuses a delivery. In these instances, the carrier may return the package to the retailer (“return to sender”) to be reused or resold*. If the package is misplaced by the carrier while in transit back to the retailer, and no tracking update is issued for 7 days, Global Formulas will consider the package “lost.” A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update. Input wrong address Global Formulas will not consider a package “lost” if the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase. If the package has not yet shipped, customers should reach out to the retailer to remedy the incorrect address. If the package has already shipped, customers should reach out to the shipping carrier to divert the package to the correct address. Order marked “pre-shipment” “label created” or “shipment information received” Global Formulas will not consider a package “lost” if it is marked “pre-shipment,” “label created,” or “shipment information received,” as these orders are still unfulfilled and the package has not yet shipped. Fulfillment delays could be due to low inventory or if the shipping carrier has yet to take custody of the package. Orders stuck in customs Global Formulas will not consider a package “lost” if the order is stuck in customs for any reason, including incomplete paperwork, unpaid taxes or fees, or prohibited items. Please contact your local customs agency with questions. Stolen Items Policies Delivered but missing package Global Formulas will consider a package “stolen” if the package is marked “delivered” but the customer did not receive it. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the package may be found on the premises or has been marked “delivered” prematurely by the carrier. Delivered to wrong address Global Formulas will consider a package “stolen” if the customer provided the correct address at checkout, but the shipping carrier delivered it to the wrong address. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the neighbor may hand over the misdelivered package. Damaged Items Policies Damaged Items Global Formulas will consider an item “damaged” if it is unusable. Global Formulas requires evidence of the damaged item (photos, videos, etc.) as part of the claims filing process. Claims for damaged orders must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date. Manufacturing Defects Global Formulas will not consider an item “damaged” if it exhibits any manufacturing defects or nicks or marks that occurred prior to shipment (e.g. the box or packaging does not show signs of mishandling). Miscellaneous Policies Claim filed too late All claims must be filed within a 30-day lost, stolen, or damaged protection time frame. If a claim was filed after 30 days since it was lost, stolen, or damaged, Global Formulas reserves the right to deny the claim. Closed claim If you do not respond to a claim correspondence from Global Formulas within 10 days, Global Formulas will automatically close the claim. Customers can reopen the claim by responding to the original thread. Customer didn't want Global Formulas Shipping Protection If the order has been fulfilled and assigned a tracking number, Global Formulas is already protecting the package and cannot refund the customer. If the customer’s package has not yet been fulfilled and does not yet have a tracking number, Global Formulas must first cancel the order before we can refund the Shipping Protection premium. Expedited shipping Global Formulas does not cover shipping carrier delays or lateness on expedited shipping (e.g. overnight, next day, or two- or three-day delivery). For example: If you purchased two-day shipping and your order is delivered (undamaged) any time after the second day, Global Formulas’ policy does not apply. For questions or concerns, contact the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery, as their policies may support a refund. Out of stock items Global Formulas reserves the right to refund items that are listed as out of stock. Non-sanctioned shipping address Global Formulas cannot cover orders shipped to countries imposed with U.S. sanctions. In these instances, the Global Formulas Shipping Protection premium can be refunded upon request.. Checkout requires ID verification Global Formulas reserves the right to offer customers a refund, instead of a replacement order, if the store requires extra ID verification steps. Notarized Incident Statements Global Formulas may require that customers fill out an online notarized incident statement as part of the claims process.
