This product is pretty good but has recently taken a turn for the worse as far as the way they smell. The odor is so putrid you can hardly stand to put them in your mouth. Not sure what ingredient you have changed, BUT DAMN! STINKY STINKY STINKY!! 😜

The latest two bottles I received had a lighter colored red capsule than previous orders and for what ever reason they have a very offensive odor!!!Frankly they smell horrible!The capsules work well but they smell!

This sleep formula helps me get a deep, restful sleep. The best part is it does not leave me drowsy or feeling like I cannot get focused in the morning. I have tried many over the counter sleep aids and they always leave me drowsy the next day. My job requires that I am awake and alert and at my sharpest because people lives are in my hands and I cannot make mistakes because I am drowsy. I highly recommend it.

I have a horrible time sleeping. Both getting to sleep and staying asleep. I've tried many things to help, including other fitness type sleep aids. This is the only one that works! I can't take a full dose because I stay asleep so long. Love it! Try it!

Loved using this ... until my hormones started getting tweaky from the high dose melatonin, and now I'm going to give it a rest (no pun intended). I found out the hard way that melatonin can cause me to have never-ending menstruation, so I stopped as soon as I saw the *signs*. What I loved about this supp, though, was it improved my sleep overall and never left me feeling drowsy. I just wish the melatonin wasn't the KEY ingredient...
