Creatine for a girl???
I never thought creatine was a good supplement for women but now that I have educated myself on it and also found the right creatine that does not allow for water retention, It is totally apart of my daily supplement regiment. I get EXPLOSIVE MUSCLE CONTRACTIONS with out the need to consume insulin spiking sugars. I have been taking Bio Power ATP for 6 months now and have had an serious increase in strength and muscle gain which has helped me get as lean a I usually do when I am in contest shape. I take one scoop before my workout and 1 scoop after.
