I use bioTEST as part of my supplement regimen. It noticeably regulates my estrogen. While others are spending time at the doctor’s office or getting pellets inserted to regulate their hormones, I found Global Formulas to be what works for me.

Only taking two in the morning and two at night for a couple weeks. Not sure I should see anything yet. I am feeling my weights are climbing, but its never quick enough. I will review again after more time.

I noticed more youthful energy, easier weight loss and better physical endurance. I strongly suggest lots of water/ hydration while taking this to avoid headaches, as I learned the hard way. If paired with Lit or Heat avoid added amounts of concentrated caffeine. Overall, great product!
