I love taking Bio Amp'd (fka as Bio Lit). When I need to sharpen my focus, be more productive, I take this and I 10x the results. One time, I took it 30 minutes before an interview, and wow, my thought process was fluid, synapses fired quickly and I spoke fluidly and almost more quickly than my normal (which in my case, was great for the interview). No stutters, no "umms", just fluid. I definitely would gauge for tolerance since I only took one pill and gave me these results!

One of my favorite that I use to customize my pre-workout mix. I like to control how many stimulants I’m taking because it really depends on a day. I use Bio Pump’d and Bio Ampd combo (pretty similar to Bio Freak only In this case I am controlling and customizing the stimulants level). Love using bioAMP’d on work days as it gives me sharper focus and excellent energy to blast through all my sessions with in person clients as well as online client work. I tend to have a wondering mind so this helps me to concentrate on the task at hand. From my personal experience I would advise to asses your tolerance by taking less than 1 serving until you find the right dose for your personal needs. Also check out Bio Heat! My favorite fat burner from global formulas taken separately from bioAMP’d but with the same advice for assessment.

My thoughts on amp d is definitely a great supplement it helps me tremendously throughout my workouts even when my energy is low when I’m working,training my clients I am a big caffeine fan lol so amp d does the job! With 350 caffeine, Contains the same stimulants and nootropics in SUPER bioFREAK. that does the job I don’t even get a crash on it. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that could get you started and get you going.

This product is the real deal, the first time I took one pill With some stemfree pre-workout i threw up it was so potent.
