- Can be stacked with bioPUMP’D to fine-tune the amount of stims in your pre-workout.
- Directions - As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules approximately 45 min to an hour before you need it. To assess your tolerance, always start with 1 capsule. Never exceed 3 capsules in 4 hours period, or 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take any other product containing stimulants, and do not take within 6 hours of bedtime!
